Here's a friend's Grandmother's quilt.  It is over 30 years old.  She had me bind the edges so that it would be finished.  The original quilt top had a scalloped design drawn on it for the edge, so that is what I did.  It looked beautiful.

Running Stitches wants to show you what is new on the cutting board.  


Currently I am working on a bid for drapes for a home's family area.  They will not be functional, just decorative to create some color and texture to a long wall of french doors and windows.  This will break up the plain wall when the blinds are closed at night.
